☐ Opening Prayer: led by Martin by 8:13pm

☐ Minute: was read and Patrick Chike Njoku (1994)suggested that accolades should be given to those with post in the minute,

Paul Adejor (2003) Made a correction that as at last minute someone suggested that letter should be written to the Brigade commander not (GOC) as the written in the minute. 

In the absence of further correction   Peter Enekhu (BOT Chairman)adopted the minute seconded by Solomon Odiegie (1996set President)

Correspondence: Condolence Visit to Mr Lawal Rasheed: Patrick Chike Njoku (Past President)  Gave report that the visit was done by 4members of the Association and the burial will take place by June in Delta state and after party will be in Lagos when they come back Dates will be communicated to the house.  

The All set president appreciated those that took part in the visitation and extends his condolences to the family

-These are the head of the organisation 

-They advise the executive on how to move the association forward

-They help in preparing constitution and by-laws for the association.

-They settle dispute that is above the executives

-They help to provide stability in the association

-They uphold integrity and transparency

-They guide,approve, and direct the executives and the association at large.

Q&A SECTION:

Solomon odigie  asked how someone can become a BOT member and BOT Chairman responded that a letter of application can be written to the BOT and the matter will be looked into by the BOT members

MATTERS ARISING: The Chairs and Desk  Project : The president said we are lagging behind and people are not requesting letters for individual donation and he asked if there are other suggestions on how to get more money for the project

Report from Handing over to new Executive for 1995set

   The vice -president of the All set gave report on event that it was a successful one. Mr Solomon Edet also seconded what the vice-president said.

       Finally, BOT chairman also stated 50k was used to cut cake for the event 25k from the BOT and the  remaining 25k from the All set

The All set president congratulated them for their new post and he advised them to be committed to the association.

☐ Other Business: The president encouraged that we reach out to our set members so that we can have more people in the meeting

☐ Solomon Odigie suggested that all sets executive are supposed to be complete in every meeting.

☐ Adeoye Emmanuel: asked if the 2000set group is still functioning or not

☐ New members: Monday Peter 2003set

☐ BOT Chairman asked if all the sets president are in the president forum  

☐ Appreciation: the President appreciated everyone that turnout for the meeting
